We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team at Fego Operations Ltd. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where all dishes are cooked from scratch. The successful candidate will be involved in daily prep, forward planning, and cooking duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with daily prep and forward planning to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  2. Prepare and cook dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients.
  3. Work effectively under pressure to meet kitchen deadlines.
  4. Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and management.
  5. Maintain high standards of food safety and health and safety compliance.
