English Tutor Opportunity at AE Talent Solutions LTD

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Tutor to join our team at AE Talent Solutions LTD. As an English Tutor, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their personal and professional lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality English language training to learners with varying levels of education and skills.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of learners.
  • Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure they meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and industry trends to maintain a high level of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching or assessing qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent.
  • Maths and English Level 2 qualification for Vocational Tutors, Level 3 for Functional Skills Tutors.
  • Ability to work with learners who have had little or no prior education.
  • Clear understanding of the OFSTED framework (EIF) and ability to meet all standards.
  • Respect for and understanding of Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, and Data Protection policies.
