Job Summary
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to work in primary and secondary schools based in Chessington and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and be able to provide individualized support to ensure they reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEND
- Deliver engaging activities to promote learning and development
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher to develop and implement therapy targets
- Support the class teacher in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Experience working with pupils with SEND
- Ability to work well within a team
- Passionate about working with children
- Patience and understanding approach
- Availability to start as soon as possible
