What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a car allowance of £100 per month, access to therapeutic wellbeing sessions, and a range of benefits including career development opportunities, annual leave, and life assurance scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to families, working collaboratively with all stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Assess complex cases, develop practice, and ensure that our services are delivered in line with Compass Parent & Child Policy and legislation.
- Lead on identified projects and service developments, working collaboratively with the Operations Manager and other colleagues.
- Have a relevant professional qualification in social work and be Social Care England registered.
- Have substantial experience of residential practice, including assessments, and a good knowledge of parent and child regulations, childcare law, and safeguarding issues.
