About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Unipart Rail as a Customer Service Transaction Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, acting as a key touch point for bids for all stakeholders. You will deliver proposals and bids to the customer base, through the management and development of high-quality and compelling proposals to meet business targets for growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process

  • Deliver proposals and bids to the customer base

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent bid writing skills
  • Experience of managing projects and bids/proposals and delivering to exacting requirements and deadlines
  • Good customer and market knowledge
