About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Part-time Receptionist to join our team at our headquarters. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling telephone enquiries, welcoming visitors to the site, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling telephone calls and providing assistance to callers
* Welcoming visitors to the site and directing them to the relevant department
* Maintaining accurate records and reports

Shift Pattern:
The successful candidate will be required to work on a rotating two-weekly shift pattern on a morning and afternoon basis. The shifts are as follows:
* Week 1: Morning shift - 7.30am to 12.30pm, Monday to Friday
* Week 2: Afternoon shift - 12.30pm to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, 12.00pm to 5.00pm, Friday
