Community Nurse Eastside

Band 5 £31,892 - £39,735 (pro rata)

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,349 (pro rata)

22.3 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Community Nursing team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to individuals in their own homes, working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless care. You will also have the opportunity to work within treatment rooms in two GP practices.

Applicants should have experience working within the Community, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration. The successful candidate will be required to participate in a flexible working schedule, including twilight shifts and weekends on a rota basis. A car owner/driver with a full UK driving licence is essential.

The post holder will be required to work in other areas of the Western Isles as needed to provide nursing cover. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
