Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care to clients in their own homes. This will involve providing companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks.
You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that each client receives the highest level of care possible. We value our staff and offer ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career progression.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. You will also need to be responsible, dedicated, and flexible in your approach to work.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, paid mileage, and a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), cycle to work scheme, refer a friend scheme, blue light card eligibility, and local work and paid mileage.
