Project Controls Lead Opportunity

Mace is seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to join our team, working on a large defence capital works programme. As a key member of our programme management organisation, you will be responsible for leading and managing the programme's baseline management, cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting processes.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the programme's baselines, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the client's requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to multidisciplinary project teams in developing and managing their baselines, ensuring consistency and standardisation across the programme.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to ensure the programme's success.
  • Manage and report on programme performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve delivery.

  • Experience working on large infrastructure projects, with a focus on programme management and delivery.
