Become a Key Player in Our Education Sales Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Business Development Manager to join our sales team in the North West region. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. With a deep understanding of the North West market and its trends, you will be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet regional targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual families
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the education or services sector
  • Strong understanding of the North West market, with a network of contacts in the education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to analyse data and generate sales reports

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
