Join Our Team as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance

We are seeking an experienced lecturer to join our team and teach accounting and finance courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £28K - £55K per year, based on qualifications and experience. Located in Northampton, UK, this opportunity offers a chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our students.

About the Role:

  • Teach accounting and finance courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Develop and deliver course materials, ensuring that they meet the needs of our students.
  • Assess student performance, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of our courses.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or PhD in accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching and research in accounting and finance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and staff.
