Your role will involve working with a variety of stakeholders across our firm to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. You will use and learn traditional and innovative tools and techniques to demonstrate how our team can enable positive transformation across our business.

Key responsibilities include:

Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data processing and reporting.

Design and conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Build dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar technically focused role, with strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (or similar spreadsheet software). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is also desirable.

Requirements

An experienced BA, or equivalent experience in a role centred around process transformation or improving user experience.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar technically focused role.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Experience of collaborating and managing relationships with business stakeholders, at all levels, with the ability to challenge where required.

Experience in managing and/or mentoring and developing other team members.
