We seek an experienced Tech Lead to drive product growth and strategic alignment in our enterprise sector. Your focus will be on enhancing our workplace proposition through our TalkType dictation product and the newly developed enterprise Hub. This role offers a chance to understand market dynamics, competitor landscapes, and identify new opportunities for expansion.

Requirements
  • A proven track record as a Product Manager in a software organization, preferably with experience in B2B and B2C markets.
  • Familiarity with Agile working methodologies and ability to collaborate with sprint teams.
  • Empathy for users with disabilities, coupled with a strong desire to support them.
  • Possesses a growth mindset, eager to contribute to CareScribe's growth while developing personal skills and expertise.
What We Offer

The compensation package for this role ranges from £54,000 to £60,000, based on experience.
