About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine and optimize PMO frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure effective governance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance project delivery and drive business success

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in setting up and optimizing PMOs
  • Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to drive process improvements and ensure effective governance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
