We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Up World, a groundbreaking new competitive socialising concept. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and enhancing the brand's identity, tone of voice, and overall market presence as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Development: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy that captures the essence of the experience and resonates with our diverse audience.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Head of Marketing and Content Creator, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Campaign Management: Design and implement innovative and effective marketing campaigns to drive engagement, foot traffic, and revenue.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality marketing content, including digital media, print materials, and social media assets.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outlets.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry, ideally in a start-up environment.
  • Strong background in brand development, with the ability to build and maintain a compelling brand identity and tone of voice.
  • Passionate about hospitality and leisure, with a strong understanding of the drinking and eating-out markets, and a natural curiosity about innovative new hospitality concepts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Experience managing multi-location marketing strategies is highly desirable.
