About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology ward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a community ward setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients with a range of gastrointestinal conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease and liver disease.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop effective care plans to meet these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
