This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as a Community Nurse, working in a coastal seaside area.
As a Community Nurse, you will provide person-centered care based on holistic nursing assessments, promoting self-management and preventing hospital admission.
Experience in community nursing is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
