About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Services Assistant at Holiday Inn Express Epsom Downs. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, as well as handling guest requests and complaints.
- Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the highest level of service to our guests.
