Job Title: Waking Night Residential Childcare Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires patience, resilience, and calmness. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support service users with their daily routines and activities
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture
