About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Trinity House, a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, providing support and care to individuals with complex needs, and promoting independence and choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, including administering medication and responding to emergencies
  • Encourage and support residents to participate in activities and engage with their local community
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a high standard of care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans

Requirements

  • Experience working in a care or support role
