Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse - Adult Care

Job Summary:
Orchid Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Plymouth. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our adult residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, assess, deliver, and evaluate individual care plans to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
  • Organize and motivate the care team to ensure good standards of care are delivered.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate drug records and provide the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times.
Requirements:
  • Qualified nurse - RGN - with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
  • Dedication to providing the highest levels of care and a minimum of 6 months' nursing experience.
