Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at Orchid Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our adult residents.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse to work in a reputable nursing home in Plymouth, providing nursing and dementia care to our residents. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and have a strong commitment to patient-centered care, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, assess, deliver, and evaluate individual care plans to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
  • Organize and motivate the care team to ensure good standards of care are delivered.
  • Assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate drug records and provide the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
  • Dedication to providing the highest levels of care and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Previous experience within a similar setting and a minimum of 6 months' nursing experience.
