Job Title: English Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced English Specialist to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the delivery of our Applications & Systems toolset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in maintaining internal tools and systems, including software upgrades and pilots.
  2. Implement new systems globally.
  3. Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of software products.
  4. Install, test, and configure local client software.
  5. Develop written instructions for accessing systems, including creation of articles for our internal Knowledge Base and intranet.
  6. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, licenses, and services.
  7. Manage applications access to staff across the business.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent knowledge of SharePoint (2010/2013), Active Directory, SQL Server Administration 2008, 2012, 2014, Citrix Xen App 6.5 – 7.x, networking protocols, and PowerShell scripting.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience on SharePoint 2010/13 Developer and Administration and SQL Server.
  3. SharePoint – ability to create sites, create templates, add web parts, create SharePoint Groups, configure unique permissions, central administration.
  4. Microsoft SQL Server – ability to troubleshoot issues, SQL server administration, creating maintenance plans, running scripts, familiar with SQL server management studio.
  5. Citrix – basic understanding of published application environment, farm configuration, publishing applications, assigning permissions, troubleshooting, printing.
  6. Experience of Nintex Forms and Workflow is desirable.
  7. IIS Experience (preferred).
  8. Virtual Server experience (VMWare preferred).
  9. PowerShell experience (preferred).
  10. Experience of communication, documentation, and business writing in English.
