Community Mental Health Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant Psychiatrist to join our community mental health team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic and assertive services for working-age adults with severe mental illness.
The role involves a range of community responsibilities within the service, providing a comprehensive approach to patient care. You will work closely with an experienced team of consultants, trainees, and specialty doctors across primary and secondary community services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist psychiatric services to patients in the community
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified psychiatrist with extensive experience in community mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
