Senior Front Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Night Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry. In this key role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the entire Front Office operation, including guest satisfaction and monitoring trends for continuous improvement.
- Ensure regular and VIP guests are recognised and that the Front Office department operates with a sales attitude, promoting the hotel brand's loyalty scheme.
- Maximise room occupancy at best rates and utilise up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Represent the senior managers in their absence, taking full responsibility of the hotel and monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members.
Requirements:
- Experience in Front Office within the hotel, leisure, or retail sector.
- Competent level of IT proficiency.
- Good communication and excellent grooming standards.
- Ability to work morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time.
