  4. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and lettings processes, including rent arrears support.
  5. Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement across various KPIs.
  6. Develop and mentor team members through training and leadership by example.
  7. Contribute to the daily office operations, including organizing weekend viewing assistants.

Our remuneration package includes a competitive basic salary, car allowance, strong uncapped commission structure, and a workplace pension scheme. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays and time off in lieu.
