Key Responsibilities:- Raise, send, and pay invoices, as well as chase late payments.
- Reconcile company accounts and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Process purchase orders and support invoice approval.
- Assist with accounts and general administrative tasks.
- Document and maintain the business's finance procedures and implement updates as necessary.
- Maintain the company purchase and sales ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash book maintenance.
- Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
- Conduct basic level administration and filing.
- Update and maintain procedural documentation.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts or credit control team.
- Accomplished familiarity with Microsoft Windows Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High levels of accuracy and analytical skills.
- Mature and effective communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and exacting standards.
- 34 days holiday including bank holidays.
