Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective audit plans to ensure the efficient management and delivery of client work.
  • Manage an operational budget to ensure a professional service is delivered to clients within the agreed resource and financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with the AuditOne Senior Leadership Team to deliver business-wide projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Person Specification

We are seeking an individual with a strong educational background and significant experience in leading internal audit services within the NHS or public sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality audit services, with a strong understanding of audit methodology and techniques. They will also have experience in preparing and signing the annual Head of Internal Audit Opinion for a portfolio of clients.
