Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Complaints Analyst to join our team in the UK Insurance Division. As a key member of our complaints handling team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate customer complaints and identify root causes
  • Develop and implement solutions to resolve customer complaints
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in a complaints handling or analysis role, preferably in the insurance industry. You should have excellent analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
