About The Job

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Consultant to join our team at The BD Guys. This role offers a unique opportunity to specialize in recruiting professionals for Nursing and Care roles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering results. A keen interest in marketing is essential, as you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. The successful candidate will also be highly driven, self-motivated, and confident in their ability to succeed in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role
  • Recruiting and selecting top talent for our clients' nursing and care roles
