Residential Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Camberley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales person to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and maximising sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities in a target-driven environment
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Progress sales through to exchange and completion
- Optimise scheduling appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements:
- Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record
- Able to generate new business in a competitive environment
- Outstanding customer care and communication skills
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate with experience in MS Office, internet, and email systems
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - uncapped commission. In addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including industry-leading training and development, support to gain a Level 3 qualification, and a demonstrable career ladder.
