The Role

We're seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join our team and work closely with our Procurement Manager. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll be responsible for coordinating tasks, providing administrative support, and building strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising purchase orders and managing the receipt of goods
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Supporting the estimating department with product information and supplier inquiries
  • Maintaining supplier relationships and driving cost savings
  • Implementing process improvements to ensure continuity within the business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a proven track record of:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with workflow management systems and financial processes
