About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience in our food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and beverage options to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Ensure that all guests are greeted and acknowledged in a friendly and professional manner.
- Service Standards
- Deliver exceptional service standards, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service at all times.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment in our food and beverage outlets.
- Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with the F&B Management Team to achieve service standards and sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous Experience
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a 3/4 star hotel property.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Fluent English language skills.
