Job Summary

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure that food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly
  • Upsell food and beverage items to guests as required
  • Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor
  • Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Serve guests in our conference and events areas
  • Assist with room service orders as required
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
