Job Title: Food and Beverage Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Malmaison Manchester Deansgate. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, including food presentation and plating.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
