**Key Qualifications and Experience:**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience working with students with SEN or similar qualifications.
  • Familiarity with TeamTeach training courses and behaviour management strategies.
  • A proven ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.
