About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Graduate Bid Coordinator to join our Account and Bid Management Team. As a Graduate Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bid team in producing competitive tender responses and proposals for direct commercial engagement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Bid Management team's email inbox using the internal system, ensuring tasks are allocated and managed efficiently.
- Support the development of bids to secure new contracts, including activities such as drafting question responses, documentation formatting, Curriculum Vitae production, case study collation, and overall administration of the bid process.
- Ensure the smooth running of bids by supporting Bid Managers to set up and manage bids efficiently and effectively.
- Attend Bid meetings and take minutes.
- Liaise with internal departments and build relationships across the business.
- Update information on the internal system.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified - suitable for a recent graduate looking for their first job in business development and bid management.
- Previous administration experience.
- An interest in decarbonisation and/or the energy sector is desirable.
- Highly proactive and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great at prioritizing and multi-tasking.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work to deadlines with limited supervision.
- Confident IT user.
