Job Title: Care Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at Inspire EHC in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. As a vital part of our school community, you will provide essential care and support to children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Your role will focus on implementing tailored programmes that promote each child's social and emotional development, working closely with teachers, care staff, and external professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement Individual Support Plans, aligning with EHCP and Thrive progress targets, to ensure meaningful progress for each child.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the school, parents, and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and support for each child.
  • Collaborate with teaching and care staff, as well as external agencies, to create a supportive environment that encourages the child's growth and eventual reintegration into society.

Requirements:
  • A compassionate and nurturing approach, with a genuine passion for working with children with SEMH needs.
  • Experience working with Individual Support Plans and an understanding of EHCP goals.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies.

Estimated Salary: £13-£16 per hour, based on experience.
