Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Oscar, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our digital marketing client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company that specializes in digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing clients to upsell digital products, focusing on client growth and retention.
  • Identify and target new business prospects to expand our digital marketing client base.
  • Achieve and exceed personal revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Organize and execute customer outreach, including face-to-face meetings and participation in industry events.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, offering consultative solutions that align with their marketing goals.
  • Design and present creative digital marketing campaigns to clients and agencies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of new accounts to the customer success team for ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to craft a personalized sales strategy.
  • Provide regular performance reports, outlining achievements, challenges, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B digital media sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives.
  • Strategic mindset, adept at navigating complex decision-making processes within target organizations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to excellence in sales practices and customer service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
  • A Master's degree or additional certifications in digital marketing or sales is preferred.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, sales management, or sales technologies are an advantage, though not mandatory.
