A high-profile opportunity has emerged for a seasoned finance professional to spearhead the financial strategy of Finatal, a dynamic technology-focused SME in Norwich.

The estimated salary for this role is circa £90k + performance-related bonus/incentives. This is an office-based position requiring proximity or relocation to our Norwich location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of financial operations, encompassing technical and commercial responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Lead on financial planning and analysis, identifying opportunities for value creation and cost optimization
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and advisors
Requirements:
  • A recognized professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong technical accounting and financial management skills
  • Experience within a Private Equity-backed business or similar high-growth setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with C-Suite executives and investors
  • A commercial mindset, balancing strategic priorities with operational detail
  • Previous experience in the technology or software sector
