Building Team Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Revenues Team, as directed by the Revenues and Benefits Service Manager. Key responsibilities include administering and billing for Business Rates (NNDR), Business Improvement District Levy, and Council Tax.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the Revenues Team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Administer and bill for Business Rates (NNDR), Business Improvement District Levy, and Council Tax
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Collaborate with the Revenues and Benefits Service Manager to achieve team goals and objectives
- Experience working in a Revenues environment (training may be provided)
- Excellent team building and communication skills
- Commitment to flexibility and adaptability
- Sound working knowledge of ICT and Microsoft-based software
