Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locum Registered General Nurse to join our team at Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent patient care in General and Surgical wards
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- NMC registration
- Minimum of 12 months UK NHS experience
- Excellent medical knowledge and clinical skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
