About the Role

Morrison Water Services is seeking a Ganger to join our Infrastructure Programmes team. As a Ganger, you will be responsible for the installation of district meters, zonal meters, PRVs, bypasses, cross connections, and other infrastructure projects on behalf of Thames Water.

You will work in highways with pedestrians and live traffic, communicating with Supervisors, Reinstatement Teams, and Support Drivers to ensure effective coordination of planned work. You will also be responsible for Health & Safety checks, including risk assessments, and ensuring that all installations meet hygiene practices and essential standards.

Key Requirements

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of meter installations, new service installations, and leak repairs
  • Self-motivation and proactivity in your approach
  • Water Hygiene and NRSWA Operative Card
  • Knowledge of confined spaces
