About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Lead Psychologist in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
  • Take a key role in service development, contributing to the growth and further development of our care pathway.
  • Line Manage specified team members, providing robust clinical supervision and support in appraisals and professional development.
  • Provide evidence-based psychological assessment and interventions to patients with complex needs.
  • Contribute to MDT care planning and review, ensuring comprehensive and effective care.
  • Engage in CPD, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field.
Requirements
  • BPS accredited and HCPC approved Doctorate.
  • HCPC Registered.
  • Eligible for Chartered Membership of the BPS.
  • Post-doctoral level knowledge and application of research methodology, research design, and complex, multivariate data analysis.
