Nursing Services Director

Care UK is a leading independent healthcare provider, seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Deputy Manager to lead our nursing team at Colne View Care Home. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care, working closely with our Home Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
A successful candidate will have a solid nursing background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in developing and implementing care plans, conducting audits, and promoting resident-centered care. You will also be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in their duties, providing inspiration and guidance to our nursing and care colleagues.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 per year, taking into account your extensive experience and qualifications as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
