At Dr. Martens, we're seeking a skilled Payment Fraud Specialist to protect our revenue by minimizing losses due to payment fraud while maintaining minimal friction at checkout for genuine customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work with external payment system providers and internal stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvements in our payment fraud processes and KPIs, ensuring we maximize customer acceptance whilst minimizing fraud losses.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be accountable for acting as a payment and fraud SME within the business, working on a global level alongside one other analyst but specializing on the management of the EMEA region.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in our payment fraud processes and KPIs, ensuring we maximize customer acceptance whilst minimizing fraud losses.
  • Manage relationships and performance of external fraud screening system suppliers.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including hybrid working, welcome to the family free pair of Docs, 65% off all Docs, private healthcare, a dedicated culture team, and 2 paid volunteer days per year.
