We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resident Involvement Officer to join our dynamic team at the City of Lincoln Council. As a key member of our Resident Involvement Team, you will play a vital role in engaging with and supporting our tenants and leaseholders to contribute their views to service delivery, policy development, and other issues affecting them.
Key Responsibilities:- Support existing tenant/resident groups and encourage new groups to form
- Facilitate focus groups and support the residents' panel
- Encourage tenant involvement in scrutiny of services
- Provide high-level customer care and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, written, and IT skills
- Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of local housing issues affecting the council housing sector
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
