About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Mental Health Liaison Service (MHLS) team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in leading and managing our clinical services, working closely with our staff and stakeholders to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical strategies and policies to improve patient care and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse or equivalent, with a strong background in mental health care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
