Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve store targets through effective sales strategies and customer service.
  • To maintain high standards of store operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
  • To lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure their success.
  • To analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

What You Will Need:

  1. A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  3. Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
  4. Basic computer skills.
  5. A sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
  6. The ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve.
  7. The ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
  8. The ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  9. Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers.
  10. The ability to operate a POS system.
