Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our account-based marketing, social media, search engine advertising (SEA), and media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

THE WORK YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including account-based marketing, social media, SEA, and media.
  • Create and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, testing new approaches, and refining strategies to achieve the best results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in account-based marketing and SEA.
Your profile
  • Fluent English speaker with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing account-based marketing, social media, SEA, and media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles, with experience in budget management and achieving high ROI in marketing campaigns.
